A Playboy Playmate accused of slugging a gorgeous pal for disturbing her beauty rest refused a plea deal Tuesday in Manhattan court. Prosecutors agreed to give Mia Raquel, 28, no jail time if she pleaded guilty to harassment and completed a short anger management class. The curvy blond allegedly punched pesky Cacciola, 31, in the face and neck for interrupting her rest, court papers say. Raquel —who posed for Playboy Slovakia in November — is no longer friends with Cacciola, she said.

Mia Raquel, who was the November Playmate in Playboy's Slovakia edition, appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday charged with assaulting her friend Zoe Cacciola at an apartment in Manhattan. Mia Raquel pictured allegedly punched her friend after being woken up in the early hours. Zoe Cacciola pictured was allegedly punched in the face when she tried to wake her friend. The Florida-based blonde, whose Instagram page is decorated with selfies and modelling shots in which she shows off her stunning figure, allegedly punched Miss Cacciola, 31, in the face and neck.

By Snejana Farberov For Dailymail. Playboy model Mia Raquel was back in court on Monday for a status conference in an ongoing assault and harassment case involving a female friend. In February, prosecutors offered to drop a second-degree assault charge against Lytell in exchange for a guilty plea to a harassment charge, but the former Playboy Slovakia model rejected the terms of the proposed agreement. She is accused of punching fitness model Zoe Cacciola for disrupting her sleep. In February, the former playmate, whose real name is Mia Lytell, rejected a plea deal under which prosecutors agreed to drop the assault charge. Lytell's attorney, Jeremy Saland right has maintained his client's innocence, saying she was not the aggressor. That plea deal would have allowed Lytell to avoid jail time and get off with only an anger management course. She wore a sober black button-downed blouse and dark-colored skinny pants paired with a pair of dramatic studded leather sandals, with a quilted Chanel purse completing her ensemble. Lytell appeared to be in high spirits outside the courtroom, giving photographers a smile and a wave, though she looked much more somber while appearing before of the judge.
